The Secrets of the Craft:
During this visit, you’ll learn the secrets of winemaking: from harvesting the grapes to vinification, including the unique methods that preserve and enhance the terroir. You’ll also discover the unique features of the Palette appellation, as well as the fascinating history of the estate.

Wine Tasting:
After this immersion in the heart of production, you’re invited to a tasting of three wines. This sensory experience will let you discover the different facets of the vintages, savor their aromas and nuances, and understand how each color (white, rosé, red) reflects the unique soul of the terroir. ✨

Terms:
Kids are welcome. However, due to the dynamic conditions of the winery, especially during the harvest period, you are informed that the presence of children will be the sole responsibility of the parents. Strollers aren’t allowed during the tour, and you’ll need to carry young children to avoid any risk of accidents.
