On the shores of the Tongass Narrows lies Potlatch Totem Park, situated on historic Tlingit Native fishing grounds.

Appreciate both natural and man-made beauty in the form of houses, totem poles and the stunning surrounding. Hear the legends behind the designs, allowing you to feel like you’ve travelled back in time.

During the tour, you’ll visit the carving studio and witness a demonstration by the carver whilst learning of ancient techniques. Potlatch Totem Park is also home to an antique car collection, featuring a 1934 Ford Coupe and 1924 Stanley Steamer as well as a display of rare antique firearms.

Your tour finishes with the Totem Trading Company. Here, you have the chance to enjoy a light snack also. Our professional driver-guide will also take you on a tour through the historic downtown area of Ketchikan, where the waterfront comes alive with bustling float plane and cruise ships.

This guided tour concludes with a drive past City Park. Nathan Jackson’s Thundering Wings and Dolly’s House are located in the historic red light district. You will then return to your ship.
