With Chiliboats, you don’t need kayaks or glass-bottom boats to enjoy the bioluminescence beneath your feet. Witness this natural wonder and create unforgettable memories. * Note on Bioluminescence:
Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon beyond our control. There are natural factors that may affect its intensity. However, our guides always do their best to provide the best possible experience based on nature’s conditions.

* Punctual Departures:
Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to ensure parking, comply with safety protocols, and complete the boarding process. We won’t be able to assist you if you arrive at or after the reserved time. Spaces are reserved for you, and arriving late will be considered a “No Show”. Reserved spaces won’t be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged.

* Weight Limits:
All tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat.
If your group is odd, you will be split. To ensure everyone’s safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.

* Height Requirements:
Minimum height: 4’6″ (54 inches / 137 cm / 1.37 m)
Maximum height: 6’5″ (77 inches / 196 cm / 1.96 m)
Children aged 10 years or older may participate if they measure 4 feet (48 inches) or taller.

– Important:
* There are no restroom facilities available as we are in a natural reserve and work beachfront. Please plan accordingly, ahead ot time to ensure your comfort during the tour.
* We are an eco-friendly experience and follow restrictions: to preserve the area, swimming is not permitted by order of the Department of Natural Resources (Regulation No. 2023-02 and Regulation 8013).

– Approximate Total Duration: 1.5 hours
1. Onshore Preparation: 30 minutes.
*You will receive a brief safety talk, instructions, and all the necessary equipment to get ready for the adventure.
2. Water Adventure: 60-90 minutes.

Activity starts and ends at meeting point: In front our our Chiliboats trailer, at the shore of the Punta Papayo area in Lajas, PR with your hosts. Parking available around the area.
