This trip is designed to offer joy, fun, and beautiful scenery while enjoying the controlled descent of the Copalita River. We’ll head to Rancho Pancho, where after a safety briefing and a few paddling tips, you’ll enjoy a 60-minute descent down the river. The currents make this a really fun experience.
During the trip, there’s a lot to see for all nature lovers: the natural habitat of tropical birds, parrots, egrets, herons, frigate birds, cormorants, sandpipers, kingfishers, orioles, etc., just to mention a few. There’s a great variety of tropical flora, the vegetation is low deciduous forest, and some tree species can reach up to 10 meters. Approximately 90 different bird species are found in this area, including endangered, protected, and rare species. An experienced guide will lead the excursion, allowing you to observe the amazing and beautiful scenery.
