Celebrate the true spirit of Christmas in Sápmi with a magical and heartfelt experience for all generations. This is not just a Santa visit – it is a journey into tradition, warmth, and togetherness in Swedish Lapland.
Your adventure begins outdoors, where the genuine old-fashioned Sápmi Santa shares his love for animals. Together you will fill up seeds at the “bird restaurant” and feed the small birds who stay through the winter. Around the outdoor fireplace, you will be served a warm berry drink and gingerbread cookies – the perfect start to the day.
Inside the cozy Huuva Hideaway Guestaurant, you gather by the crackling fire for a traditional Swedish Christmas meal. The menu includes rice pudding, berry juice, coffee or tea, and gingerbread cake – flavors that bring out the essence of a Nordic Christmas.
The highlight of the experience is, of course, the moment when Santa himself arrives. With kindness, stories, and a warm presence, he meets both children and adults, spreading joy and giving each guest a small Christmas gift.
This experience lasts about 2–2.5 hours, starting at 11:30. It is designed for children, couples, and families – all who want to meet the genuine Santa and share in the magic of Christmas in Sápmi.
Included: Meet & greet with the genuine old-fashioned Sápmi Santa, feeding the birds, warm berry drink and gingerbread cookies by the outdoor fireplace, traditional Swedish Christmas lunch with rice pudding, berry juice, coffee/tea and gingerbread cake, and a small gift from Santa. All food and beverages are included.
Practical information: Dress warmly for outdoor activities (hat, gloves, insulated pants, jacket, winter shoes). Indoors, casual clothing is fine.
