Experience the beauty of the Florida Keys with a snorkeling adventure at Coffins Patch Coral Reef Sanctuary Preservation Area, followed by a relaxing swim at Valhalla Sandbar.

Begin your journey by snorkeling at Coffins Patch, an open water patch reef located about four nautical miles away. Explore the vibrant underwater world, featuring a water depth of 8′ – 18′, soft and hard corals, and abundant tropical sea life.

Next, head to Valhalla Sandbar, the Key’s version of “the beach.” With a white sand bottom and 1′ – 3′ water depth, it’s perfect for shallow water snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing beside the Turtle Grass Flats. Discover conch, Bahamian starfish, horseshoe crabs, and elusive sea horses.

If sea conditions do not permit passage to the outer reef, enjoy a Valhalla Sandbar trip for shallow water snorkeling and swimming, followed by a Toms Harbor eco-tour.
