As you step into the park, you’ll be greeted by a beautifully curated 19th-century museum that brings the rich history of the region to life. Explore the Agaviario, an impressive collection of agave plants that highlights the diversity of this fascinating species.
Then, immerse yourself in a walk-in bird sanctuary, where vibrant birds flit about, creating a unique conection with nature In Iguanaville, meet over 200 friendly iguanas, offering a fun and interactive experience as you connect with these captivating creatures in a safe environment.
Don’t miss the Cacao Ceremony at the “Raíces” Center! It’s a free experience where you’ll participate in ancient rituals and listen to traditional music, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery. You’ll be offered a small sample of the sacred cacao drink, once reserved only for the gods, while learning about its cultural significance and reconnecting with your inner self.
The ceremonies are held at 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. Be sure to arrive on time at the “Raíces” Ceremony Center to take part. We look forward to welcoming you!
