Led by professional sommeliers, our tasting will give you a unique framework for thinking about the diversity of mezcal — a true must if you’re in Oaxaca.

Over the course of the evening, we’ll taste seven (vegetarian) handcrafted moles, seven artisanal and ancestral mezcales, all while being led by a professional sommelier.

Our mezcals are carefully selected and showcase the distinct characteristics of different agaves. We’ve paired each mezcal and mole for an unforgettable experience.
