Join a guided paddleboard or kayak tour of Lamar Lake, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic coast during Miami’s manatee season. Spot manatees, dolphins, spotted eagle rays, and great blue herons.

Meet your guide at Virginia Key Beach Park and follow signs for kayak and paddleboard rentals. After a safety briefing, set off on your adventure.

Between November and April, these large peaceful sea mammals migrate into Biscayne Bay, making it highly likely to spot them while riding paddleboards and kayaks in the bay and its surrounding waters.

Outside of manatee season, there are a number of other wildlife sightings common on the tours including dolphins, spotted eagle rays, great blue herons, and a plethora of other local flora and fauna.

Depending on the currents and wind, paddle along the Atlantic coast or paddle into the bay to see the picturesque Miami skyline.
