In Mittelwihr, on the Wine Route and in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, come and check out our family winery. Sylviane Delphine & Jacques will be happy to introduce you to the world of vines, wine, and the winemaking profession during a tour of the cellar and the winery.
We’ll introduce you to the history of winemaking in Alsace and our estate, and you’ll get to see the equipment we use for harvesting, winemaking, bottling, and labeling.
Then we’ll move on to tasting 5 wines of your choice. The rich soils and variety of grape types in Alsace will help you find the wines that suit your taste best.
We’ll give you tips based on what you’re into and what inspires you. We’ll even give you tips on pairing our wines with food.
