Join an award-winning food writer and Michelin Star-trained Chef for a hybrid cooking class and 3-course tasting. Each course will tell the savory story of a different Montreal food culture – Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern, and/or Quebecois. But this is not your normal follow-a-menu affair…each guest will collaborate on one course, learning the professional techniques behind creating a balanced and beautiful – for example, searing, pan-roasting, oven poaching and plating. Start times fluctuate by 1-1.5 hours based on farmer’s and fishermen we work with, do note.
