Experience a true Texas safari adventure as you journey through the scenic Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch in your own vehicle. This self-guided drive-thru lets you explore over 500 acres of rolling Hill Country, home to more than 40 free-roaming species from across the globe. With a 6-mile safari trek, you set the pace—stop to observe zebras grazing, watch ostriches strut by, and marvel at herds of antelope as they wander the open landscape.

This Texas safari promises an unforgettable adventure with incredible photo opportunities and a deeper appreciation of wildlife.

Your adventure begins at the entrance, where you’ll receive your admission and any animal feed you wish to purchase. As you drive, keep your windows up and your camera ready for close encounters with giraffes, wildebeest, and playful emus. Each visit is unique, as the animals roam freely and may approach your vehicle in search of a treat. The route takes about 1–2 hours, but you’re welcome to drive through as many times as you like during your visit.

Beyond the drive-thru, stretch your legs in the Walk-A-Bout area, where you can see lemurs, birds, and other smaller animals up close. Take a break at the covered picnic pavilion or enjoy classic American fare at the Safari Camp Grill—think burgers, fries, and cold drinks. The experience ends back at the main entrance, leaving you free to continue exploring, enjoy lunch, or relax under the shade of ancient oak trees.
