Norrland AIO Camp: Active in the heart of Swedish Lapland
We are a year-round resort located in the Swedish part of Lapland. This is a place for people who seek the tranquility of the Arctic and want to spend time close to nature.
Our passion: Sled dogs
Dogs are at the heart of our business. We breed and train Eurohounds and Alaskan Malamutes, with which we have been competing in races throughout Europe for years. Our experience translates into the safety of our expeditions – we run them professionally, caring above all for the welfare of our animals.
During the expeditions, our guests:
* Learn the difference between the energy of Eurohounds and the strength of Alaskans.
* Undergo training in handling the sled, so that everyone, regardless of experience, can feel confident on the trail.
Additional winter activities
In addition to dog sledding, we offer a number of other ways to experience the charms of the North:
* Snowmobiles: We organize trips across frozen lakes, forests, and tundra. This is the fastest way to reach the wild corners of the region.
* Northern lights: Expeditions focused on observing and photographing the aurora borealis.
* Relaxation and tranquility: For those seeking peace and quiet, we offer traditional ice fishing or relaxation by the fire under the stars.

Family passion and sled dogs bring unforgettable adventures in Lapland.
With a passion for dogs and adventure, we create family moments in Lapland.
Dogs, snowmobiles, and northern lights – all the magic of Lapland awaits.
Ride snowmobiles under the aurora – adrenaline and Arctic magic combined.
Silence, fish, and northern lights – true moments of Arctic calm and wonder.

Daily schedule at Norrland AIO Camp
We start at 10:00 a.m. The day begins with preparing the dogs – we show you how to harness our Eurohounds and Alaskan Malamutes.
On the sled: We set off on a trip lasting about 2 hours. We travel through the forests and open landscapes of Lapland.
At our house: After returning, we invite you to our private home. We want to create a normal, family atmosphere so that everyone can take off their jackets, warm up, and simply relax after the dog sledding adventure.
Food and ice: We have hot coffee, tea, and homemade snacks on site. If you feel like it, you can try your hand at ice fishing on a nearby lake.
Lunch and snowmobiles: After lunch together, we switch to snowmobiles. Another 2 hours of riding across the frozen tundra and lakes await us.
Evening: We end the day outside by the campfire. Even when it’s very cold, the fire and the starry sky do the trick. It’s also the best time to hunt for the aurora borealis without rushing.
Guests can also book additional hours of dog sledding or snowmobile rides to extend their exciting experiences on the snowy trails of Lapland. All additional activities and products are optional and can be tailored to individual preferences. We look forward to your booking. Best regards, Norrland AIO Camp
