Follow step-by-step guidance from your instructors, from learning about the key ingredients to mastering the traditional rolling method, boiling, seeding, and baking your bagels.
Hosted inside of an operating bagel shop, you’ll also take a behind-the-scenes tour of the shop explore, explore bagel production on a commercial level, and learn the bagel’s history and how it became a defining part of New York’s food culture.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll enjoy your bagels fresh from the oven with a variety of schmears and toppings. You’ll take home the bagels you’ve made yourself, along with the skills, knowledge, and a recipe to make them again.
