Prepare for the challenge with this training hike. Designed for those looking to gauge their performance before climbing Mexico’s highest mountain or other mountains, this experience is ideal for improving your endurance and learning essential techniques. We depart from Tehuacán, Puebla, or we can arrange a meeting point. In a 4×4 vehicle, we will arrive at the Piedra Grande refuge (4,250 m.a.s.l.), where we will begin a hike of approximately 5 hours to the base of the glacier.
