After a historical presentation of the Commanderie de Peyrassol in the heart of our century-old barrel cellar, your guide will introduce you to the terroir of Provence and its unique characteristics while observing the vineyard landscapes.

You will then discover the winemaking process, from the arrival of the grapes to bottling: first in our stainless-steel cellar dedicated to whites and rosés, and then one level below, in our red wine cellar with its traditional concrete vats.

In the historic harvesters’ hall, you will taste 5 emblematic wines from our finest cuvées.

Before or after this guided tour, wander the paths of Peyrassol at your own pace with the help of an explanatory booklet and estate map, to continue your discovery of the Philippe Austruy Collection, the Remarkable Garden, the vineyards, and the forest.

Please note that the Art Center is only accessible during guided tours.

On-site dining is available at Chez Jeannette or at the Bistrot de Lou (reservation required, see opening dates).”
