Immerse yourself in Quebec traditions by visiting our charming sugar shack, located in the middle of a peaceful forest. The tour is designed to be taken at your own pace, allowing you to stroll quietly through the wooded trails and discover the different stages of the maple syrup production process, from harvesting to the creation of finished products.

-An immersive experience in the forest and in the processing workshop Walk along the trails and observe the century-old maple trees connected by a network of modern tubing. Then let yourself be guided to our artisanal workshop, where maple water is transformed into delicious golden syrup using methods passed down from generation to generation. In our small screening room, watch a short explanatory video that will take you through the key stages of the harvesting process, from the beginning of the season to boiling in the evaporator.
