Get ready for a full immersion in one of Mexico’s most vibrant ecosystems.
We’ll cruise in a safe boat through the mangrove canals, a vital ecosystem that’s home to a surprising variety of birds and marine life. Our main goal is to spot majestic pink flamingos in their natural sanctuary.
Thanks to your guide’s experience, you’ll have the best opportunities for observation and photography, while learning about their migratory patterns and unique behavior.
We’ll also look for water birds, pelicans, and, weather permitting, we might spot crocodiles in the distance.
To top off the adventure, you’ll experience the famous “Mayan Mud Bath.” Cover your skin with natural limestone mud, known for its therapeutic properties, and then relax while floating in the crystal clear waters of the beach.
P.S. If your trip coincides with the peak season of salt production, we’ll include a stop to admire and photograph the incredible visual phenomenon of the Pink Waters of Las Coloradas.
