Revel in uninterrupted excitement as you bounce and splash your way through a 5 km (3 miles) stretch of lively class 2 and 3 rapids along the narrow, fast-flowing Rio Negro (Black River). Along the route, you’ll encounter tranquil pools where you can fully absorb the breathtaking tropical landscapes surrounding you. For added safety and comfort, you’ll have individual river tube rafts equipped with handles and protective bottoms. Our knowledgeable guides accompany you throughout the journey, ensuring your well-being. Following this adventure, treat yourself to a delectable buffet lunch at La Hacienda restaurant.
To cap off your day, unwind in the volcanic hot springs at Hacienda Guachipelin, naturally heated by the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, the largest and most active volcano in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Here, you can indulge in a spa-like experience by using hot volcanic mud for a rejuvenating treatment on your entire body.
