Departure is from Sassnitz town harbour – from here you will sail past steep white cliffs, dense beech forests and one of the island’s most famous sights: the Königsstuhl, Rügen’s 118-metre-high landmark. During the trip, the captain will provide you with fascinating information about the landscape, wildlife and geological features of the coast. The beech forests, which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will also be the subject of discussion.
The MS Kap Arkona offers space for 350 guests on two spacious decks. The spacious sun deck, which offers ideal views of the coast, is particularly popular. Drinks and snacks are available on board – enjoy a relaxing cruise with a cool drink and a sea breeze on your face. The return to Sassnitz rounds off this special nature experience.
