Take a bus to the port city of Las Cañitas. Enjoy a small breakfast before boarding a motomaran and heading to the open waters to search for whales. Every year between the months of January and March, these majestic creatures come to the warm waters of the Atlantic to reproduce.

Witness incredible displays of flippering, tail lobbing, and breaching by the most active species of whale in the Atlantic. After encountering the whales, watch them for around 30 minutes.

Afterward, head to the island of Cayo Levantado, also known as the Bacardi Island. It is well known for its snow white sands and crystal clear waters. Enjoy a typical Dominican lunch and have the rest of the time to enjoy the beach.

After enjoying the hospitality of Cayo Levantado, board the motomaran to go back to the port of Las Cañitas where the bus will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Bayahibe.
