Rebirth Dance is a transformative day retreat for women that invites you to shed old patterns through movement, breath, and intuitive presence and to be reborn – into your very own power, your liveliness, your freedom. You’re giving yourself a new birth experience of being welcome.

In a lovingly maintained space, you’ll immerse yourself in a powerful somatic journey: a combination of ritual, dance, embodiment, and integrative body work. You don’t need any dance experience – just openness to let yourself move from the inside out.

Accompanied by music, breathing impulses, and mindful guidance, you’ll be invited, step by step, to listen to your body, let go of old imprints, and rekindle your inner light.

The room is deliberately small and kept confidential – a maximum of 4 women. Couples counseling is available on request if you want to experience this deep process together with your life partner – man or woman. A very special, powerful space is created for heart connection and authentic experience.

You don’t need any dance experience. Just the desire to feel yourself more deeply – and the willingness to be guided by your inner movement. Every woman is welcome. This space is open to diversity, emotion, and real transformation.

Wednesdays from 2 pm on request and availability. It lasts about 4 hours.
