Here you will not only find fish and coral reefs, but also monkeys, lizards, snakes, spiders, crocodiles, parrots, turtles, scorpions, sloths and many others. Over the years, Skansen-Akvariet has become more of an ark than an aquarium. For over 40 years, we have expanded with new animals and new experiences. Walk through our cozy facility and view over 30 different species of animals. At Skansen-Akvariet you get close contact with animals and nature. However, no cuddling with baboons and cobras, of course.

On weekends and school holidays (according to Stockholms school holidays) you can pet a snake and a tarantula in our petting corner. On sunny days from May to September you can walk amongst our charming ring-tailed lemur inside their enclosure.
