During this session, we will present four old vintages, some of which are no longer available in the cellar. A few bottles from the estate’s wine library may be delivered to enthusiasts attending this exceptional session.

Vintages presented for the sessions from July to October 2025, while stocks last: 2012, 2016, 2017, 2019.

During your visit, Florestan, an oenologist representing the eighth generation of the Monier de Saint Estève family, will introduce you to the aging potential of our wines through tastings and explain the principles behind their production.

This exclusive tour will also take you on a journey of discovery through the estate’s cellar and historic vaulted cellar, with technical explanations tailored to your wishes.
