Walk in the old-growth forest alongside the salmon to a waterfall, soar 250m in the sky with the birds, walk on the sandy beach for lunch and stroll around a Victorian Castle to top it off.

Your guide will pick you up from your accommodation at 8 am to start the day and bring you back around 2h30 pm.
Start the day with a visit to the Old Growth forest surrounding Goldstream Park. You will walk alongside one of the most important salmon creeks on Vancouver Island. In the right season, you can even witness the salmon in action!
Goldstream also features an impressive Waterfall tucked in a small canyon.
After this, we will continue up the gorgeous Malahat highway to the Skywalk. This tower 250m above sea level, offers a gentle slope to gently take you up to the top where you will be soaring amongst birds, looking over the ocean and mountain tops. A net at the top offers a lounging area, and some chairs and benches can make for a good snack break. From there, you can hop on the slide, down to the bottom, or walk back the way you came.
After this, we will pick up our lunch and head out to the Esquimalt Lagoon, where we will have our picnic with an amazing view of the city and the Olympic Mountains.
One last stop to stretch the legs before heading back to town. We will take a gander around Hatley’s Castle and the Ground’s Garden. Perfect to finish the day.
