We need a minimum of 8 participants to run the tour. You can still book for less, and we will let you know 24 hours before if we have enough participants. If we don’t reach 8 participants, we will refund you.

Private tours: Minimum 8 participants (15 participants on weekends)
Age: Children above 6 years old. Child ticket: 6-15 years old.

Weather conditions: In the event of overcast skies, we will email a cancellation notification at 3 pm on the day of the tour and will offer the opportunity to choose a credit valid for 3 years transferable to other people as a gift voucher valid in Jervis Bay or the Blue Mountains; or a refund (5% service fees non-refundable).
Cancellations: Bookings cancelled by guests are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.
