This guided walking tour features four delicious courses at four local favorite Whistler restaurants that are considered hidden gems in the resort’s culinary scene. All the restaurants are a close walk, so it’s a great way to explore the Village. If you’re looking for the best way to discover Whistler’s hidden gems, this is the food tour for you.
All along your guide will enhance the experience with their local knowledge and enthusiasm for the wonderful restaurant dining scene in Whistler.
Guests will also collect a playing card at each venue with prizes for the best poker hands at last stop (no experience necessary).
## Optional Drink Pairings Upgrade $45pp +tax
We first serve either 2 x 5oz BC Craft Beer or 1 x 5oz BC Craft Cider. The next two restaurants serve a 3oz glass of your choice between a red or white wine and we finish with a 1oz glass of BC’s famous icewine at the last restaurant.

## Stop 1
Get ready to have your mouth water at our Hunter Gather stop where we serve a GRANT’S PLATTER (Family Style) with Pulled Pork, Slow Cooked Brisket, Vegan Falafel and Vegan BBQ Jackfruit with side of Pemberton smashed potatoes and side of wilted kale
**Drink Pairing (if purchased):** Paired with two 5oz BC craft beers, or one 5oz BC craft cider.
## Stop 2
Known for its friendly staff and lively atmosphere, guests will have the choice between two of their signature appetizers. CALAMARI A LA PLANCHA with a Garlic Lemon Olive Oil, OR; HOUSE MADE RICOTTA with Lillooet Honey & Crunchy Sourdough
**Wine Pairing (if purchased):** 3oz glass BC red or white
## Stop 3
For the full main course, guests have the option between a RED WINE BRAISED SHORT RIB with creamy garlic mashed potato, buttered beans, honey roasted carrots, topped with cabernet jus, OR; TOFU STIR FRY with rice noodles, tofu, red onions, green beans, roasted peppers, toasted sesame and green onions served in a house stir fry sauce, OR; PAN FRIED KUTTERA SALMON (Oceanwise) on a bed of french braised lentils served with broccolini and a dill cream sauce. The Stir Fry is a vegan/vegetarian option.

## Stop 4
Chef’s choice of CHEESECAKE with a blackberry/raspberry compote, OR; CHOCOLATE ALMOND CAKE. Guests often kick back for coffee, tea, cocktails or pints following the tour.

Drink Pairings can be added upon arrival for an additional $45+ tax. Tour departs at 4:45 PM (except Dec 17-Jan 1 will be 4:00 PM Departure) from the Whistler Library and wraps up by 9:00 PM.
Cancellation policy: 48-hours for bookings of 1-10 people / 7 days for groups of 11 or more.
